Still dreaming?

Most of the time, I really wish that I can wake people up from their dreams. Oh, how I really wish that they are not living asleep...that they can see that everything in this temporary world is just a dream. As Allah has told us, again and again in the Qur'an:

And this worldly life is not but diversion and amusement. And indeed, the home of the Hereafter - that is the [eternal] life, if only they knew. (29:64)

and sometimes I can't help but to feel a little sad, when people just shut themselves from the reality that this life ain't to be forever...that I'm just someone who is really weird to keep talking about hereafter when others just enjoying themselves with this wordly heaven. Sigh~

Now can you picture for a moment now this life was a dream
And everything you came to know was really not what it seemed in fact
The world’s a stage and we are lost in our scenes lost in between reality and what we see
Lost so deep but choose to be with all these comforts and fantasies
And with these whispers promising bliss that just keep you so involved and highten the fall but
You don’t see it and I don’t know why and every time that I try I’m just pushed aside
And I... I’m watching you go walk towards the door that ends the show and although
I’ve said it before please I need you now to know
See I know it’s alot but I know in my heart that what you see to be the ending is really the start

And I can’t make you do this and I can’t make you see
And I can’t convince you can’t but tell you that you’re living asleep

For far too long I sat back as an idle man too many dreams with an empty sense of confidence
Changing nothing breaking myself never understand
When you’re asleep it’s unique how you comprehend
You’ve got control if you know and if not well friend you’re just a part of the show
For those in the know their future’s there to control
Have the map for two roads always reap what you sew
Cause this is a dream a test till the day where we don’t say but speak with our chest
And I can deal with the rest cause I think of the best and then me waking up with the rest

The first think you told me we belong together and never
Have you known someone you’d want forever until me
But I was caught within my thoughts and weather or not
To keep it going knowing you had my heart
See you had my all it’s true I saw you as an angel falling from God for me
And so I wanted to protect your light and so I told you all about this test called life
Everything between the earth and the skies and the truth that lies behind what eyes can’t find and when we spoke it seemed like you could relate
It got me thinking I could be your one but wait
I had to know I had to see was your understanding for real or just for me
So if I wasn’t in the picture I could know for sure so I let you go (no)
Until this day still I wait and I pray your safe return I’ll be here when you wake
